About Us
Our journey started in 2020 after gyms were shutdown due to the pandemic. When everything started to open back up we realized there was nowhere to train in our area, and that is when we started to expand what we had. Kim quickly realized that she had a real passion for coaching people on how healthy and fit, and she completed her personal training certification, so she could start helping people full time.
Fast forward to today, and we have a fully outfitted fitness facility that fills out the 1000sqft newly renovated shop on our property. We now have space to run group classes, provide 1 on 1 personal training, and can offer private memberships that allow access to the gym 7 days a week.

Group Bootcamp Classes
Join us for group bootcamp classes and train your way to a healthy body and mind.
